1. Eligibility & Account Approval
Access to this platform is restricted to verified businesses only. All registrations will be reviewed manually. Orders are only allowed after approval. A minimum purchase quantity of 500 units is required per order.
2. Wholesale Pricing & Discounts
Approved business customers benefit from a 40% discount on all listed retail prices. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders can only be placed by logged-in, approved users. We accept payments via:
Bank transfer
Credit/debit card
Cash on delivery (within UAE only)
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across the UAE within 1 to 5 business days.
Delivery charges may apply based on location, weight, or size of items.
Remote areas and heavy items may incur additional costs.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
Damaged or defective products
Incorrect item received
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed as store credit only.
6. Business Verification
All users must provide a valid Trade License or equivalent business documentation. TaraPet reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.
7. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. TaraPet is not liable for unauthorized use or access due to compromised credentials.
8. Permitted Use
You agree to use this platform solely for wholesale purchasing purposes.
You must not copy, duplicate, or distribute content or products listed on the site without written permission.
9. Data Privacy
All personal and business data collected will be used for order processing and communication purposes only.
We do not share your data with any third party.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute will be settled under UAE jurisdiction.
11. Modifications
TaraPet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
