At TaraPet B2B, we are committed to delivering your wholesale orders promptly and efficiently across the UAE. Please read the following details regarding our shipping process, timelines, and applicable charges.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all cities and regions within the United Arab Emirates, including:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

  • Al Ain

  • Other remote areas within the UAE

2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 5 business days after processing

  • In case of out-of-stock items, we will notify you by email with the estimated arrival time or offer an alternative.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery fee: AED 35 for major UAE cities

  • Remote areas or oversized items: Additional charges may apply based on location, weight, and package size

  • Delivery charges are calculated and confirmed before final checkout.

4. Minimum Order Requirement

All B2B orders must meet the minimum order quantity of 500 units per transaction. Orders below this threshold will not be processed or shipped.

5. Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit Card

  • Bank Transfer

  • Cash on Delivery (COD available within UAE only)

6. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within 1–5 business days, the following factors may cause delays:

  • High order volumes

  • Stock unavailability

  • Public holidays or weekends

  • Delivery to remote or restricted areas

  • Unexpected weather or logistical challenges
